About the Job
This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team of passionate professionals who are shaping the future of advertising. You'll work closely with software engineers, scientists, and economists to design and implement end-to-end solutions that maximize traffic monetization and merchandise sales without compromising shopper experience.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven insights
* Design and execute A/B experiments that impact hundreds of millions of customers
* Work with data engineers to establish efficient automated processes for large-scale data analysis and model serving
Your Qualifications
We're looking for highly motivated individuals with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, or equivalent quantitative field. You should have hands-on experience with Java, C++, Python, or related languages, as well as proficiency in SQL and RDBMS (e.g., Oracle) or Data Warehouse. Strong publication records at top-tier conferences or journals are a plus.
