Your Role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact at a leading virtual care provider? At Dialogue, our Talent Acquisition Specialists are not just recruiters; they are brand ambassadors and trusted advisors, driving our mission to connect exceptional talent with exciting opportunities in tech and corporate roles.

Lead the Charge: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles (including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success), Tech, and corporate positions. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage with a wide range of candidates and create a vibrant talent pipeline.

Elevate Our Brand: Participate in initiatives that showcase Dialogue as an employer of choice, highlighting our dynamic culture and exciting opportunities. Contribute to refining our recruitment processes, making them more efficient and effective, with a focus on candidate experience.

Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, particularly in GTM, tech, and corporate roles. A solid understanding of the tech landscape and the roles within it. A data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Fluently Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and French is a must, as we collaborate with teams across Canada.
