About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dialogue, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, Tech, and corporate positions. Your expertise will be crucial in developing innovative sourcing strategies to engage with a wide range of candidates and create a vibrant talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine recruitment processes and improve candidate experience
  • Participate in initiatives that showcase Dialogue as an employer of choice, highlighting our dynamic culture and exciting opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly in GTM, Tech, and corporate roles
  • Solid understanding of the tech landscape and the roles within it
  • Fluently bilingual: proficiency in both English and French is a must
