Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Arirang Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Execution: Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Decorating: Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
- Operations: Operate machinery, inspect kitchen and food service areas, and oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Support for Diversity: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
