Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Grace International Market. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Requisition and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet customer demands.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Inspect and maintain kitchen and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry production environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
