About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Grace International Market. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Execution: Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Bakery Operations: Bake mixed dough and batters, and prepare special orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Food Safety: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve bakery goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
