Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Grace International Market. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Execution: Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bakery Operations: Bake mixed dough and batters, and prepare special orders.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Food Safety: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
