Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Director to join our team at MindTide Software Technologies Inc.

Job Summary:

The Strategic Human Resources Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. This includes allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
