Job Summary

Brandt is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Heavy Equipment Outside Parts & Service Advisor for our Agriculture Division. This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting and selling Agricultural parts and service, as well as providing after-sales support to existing and new customers within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Keep customers informed about new products and services that can benefit their operations.
  • Sales and Service Growth
    • Identify opportunities to increase parts and service sales within the territory.
    • Work collaboratively with management to meet sales and service targets.
  • Territory Management
    • Develop and implement a territory plan to maximize sales potential.
    • Regularly review and adjust the territory plan to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of customer and fleet accounts.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 2-3 years of previous sales experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills
    • Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment parts, operations, and industry.
    • Strong decision-making skills.
    • Ability to manage time effectively.
    • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
    • Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours.
    • Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract.
