Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Servicer to join our team at Westside Heavy Duty Repair Inc. As a Heavy Equipment Servicer, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and extending the lifespan of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, and greasing of moving parts.
  • Conduct repairs on heavy equipment, including replacing hydraulic and transmission fluids, mufflers, exhaust pipes, and radiators.
  • Assist mechanics with more complex repairs and provide on-site services as needed.
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work site environment: Dusty and odorous environments.
  • Physical capabilities: Physically demanding, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a permanent position and 30-40 hours of work per week.
