Senior Manager, Strategic Programs

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams in tackling critical, strategic requests through analytical problem-solving, effective project management, and C-suite engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the industry.
  • Analyze business operations and data to assess company performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present crisp strategic reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to C-level leadership, supported by data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage and manipulate large data sets to effectively generate insights that will inform strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy development, management consulting, corporate development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives, managing teams, and working with senior leadership.
  • Strong data analysis skills and financial acumen.
  • Expertise in market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
