About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Financial Manager to join our team at CATSearch HR Consultancy Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, identifying key performance indicators and implementing strategies to achieve financial objectives.
  • Provide regular financial analysis and insights to senior management, ensuring timely and accurate budget reviews and timeline management.
  • Ensure seamless communication with clients to gather information and provide updates on project progress.
  • Craft detailed financial models, schedules, and reports for litigation cases.
  • Deliver constructive feedback and training to associates and interns, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Manage monthly billings and review actual invoices, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Hold relevant certifications such as CPA and CBV designations.
  • Possess expertise in financial modeling and valuation analysis, with a strong background in matrimonial litigation, estate litigation, and quantification of damages.
  • Demonstrate 47 years of experience in valuations and litigation support, with 25 years of experience managing a team of professionals.
Additional Information

This is a hybrid role requiring occasional office presence. We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 CAD to $150,000 CAD per annum, commensurate with experience.
