Wholesale Business Manager

KREAM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Establishment Manager to lead our wholesale operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, and studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our wholesale team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to optimize our wholesale operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes, informing our business decisions and strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair, competitive, and aligned with our business objectives.
- Procurement and Supply Chain: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets our quality and quantity standards.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our wholesale products and services, increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that our wholesale operations are financially sustainable and profitable.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that they have the skills and training needed to succeed in their roles.
- Accessible Recruitment: Apply accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities.
- Cross-Cultural Training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- Veterans Support: Support Veterans in translating their military skills and experience into the language of the civilian job market.
- Indigenous Support: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Visible Minorities Support: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
