Wholesale Business Manager

KREAM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Establishment Manager to lead our wholesale operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, planning and organizing daily activities, and studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our wholesale team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and Organize Daily Activities: Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, including setting goals and priorities for the team.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes, and make recommendations to improve business performance.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement price and credits policies to ensure that our products are competitive in the market.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and increase brand awareness.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that our business is financially sustainable.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that they have the skills and training needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Accessible Recruitment: Apply accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities.
- Cross-Cultural Training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- Support for Veterans: Support Veterans in translating their military skills and experience into the language of the civilian job market.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
