Job Title: Wholesale Establishment Manager

KREAM is seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Establishment Manager to lead our daily operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire wholesale operation, from planning and organizing daily activities to implementing marketing strategies and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, plan and organize daily activities, and study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Support for Diversity: Apply accessible and inclusive recruitment policies, provide diversity and cross-cultural training, and support Veterans in translating their military skills and experience into the civilian job market.
Work Environment:
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
