Wholesale Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Establishment Manager to join our team at Asian Legend. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our wholesale establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business continues to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of our business.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements to meet the needs of our business, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Suitability: Adaptability, analytical skills, efficiency, goal-oriented, client focus, organized, and a team player.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Work Term: Permanent.
