Client Solutions Manager

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Trading and Service team, you will be responsible for handling client escalations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Main Responsibilities:- Client Escalation Management: Handle all client escalations, verbal and written, received through various channels, including leadership team, calls, emails, etc.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Be a subject matter expert on product knowledge, including trading expertise and market mechanics, processes, policies, platforms, and system functionality.
- Client Satisfaction: Contribute to the overall success of Trading & Service, specifically in the areas of Client Satisfaction, Financials, Operations, and People.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Contact Centre team, business line partners, and other teams to provide a seamless client experience.
- Fluency in French: Fluency in French is required.
- Post-Secondary Education: Post-secondary education in business or a related discipline is preferred.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of brokerage industry experience.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated competencies to lead and motivate staff, subject matter expertise in trading and market mechanics, and strong problem-solving abilities.
