About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Brand Networks, LLC. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead daily communication with clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to client specifications.
  • Analyze client performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Translate written and spoken material from English to Québécois French, ensuring accuracy and maintaining the intended meaning.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in social media, digital advertising, and brand marketing, with a focus on client management.
  • Proven ability to build strong collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Advanced communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow through.
  • Experience in social media marketing and content creation, with a strong understanding of the social media landscape.
