About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at 1416182 BC Ltd. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Tasks and Duties
    • Assist pharmacists with various tasks and responsibilities.
    • Supervise and direct the activities of other medical technologists or technicians.
    • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
    • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure they are readily available for use.
    • Repair and maintain fabrication and laboratory equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
    • Order supplies and equipment as needed to ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked.
  • Supervision and Teamwork
    • Supervise 1 to 2 people.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities and Skills
    • Efficient interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Experience and Training
    • Will train the successful candidate.
