Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team at The Drake Hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for performing nightly audits and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. If you have a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform nightly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
  • Monitor and maintain hotel lobby cleanliness and standards
  • Communicate effectively with Housekeeping staff to facilitate room turnover
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with Security and F+B teams to provide exceptional guest service
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of audit procedures and guest information
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
