Night Auditor

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team at The Drake. As a Night Auditor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's night audit process, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Greet guests with a warm smile, provide information on hotel amenities, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Night Audit: Perform nightly audits with precision and accuracy, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced and up-to-date.
- Communication: Collaborate with Housekeeping, Security, and F+B teams to provide top-notch service to our guests.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the night audit process, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Education: A combination of formal education and real-world experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Opera Cloud experience preferred, and a genuine love of hospitality.
