Business Development and Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee at CB Canada, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales, operations, and management. You will work closely with a high-energy team to cultivate your expertise and build a solid foundation in our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts.
- Manage our large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing or sales role preferred.
- Results-oriented, attention to detail, and good time management skills.
- A valid Class G/Class 5 driver's license is required.
