About the Role
CIE_101 Beneva Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Omnichannel Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our omnichannel experience and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement omnichannel strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure consistency and uniformity of customer experience across all channels and touchpoints.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
- Participate in internal committees and working groups to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree in a related field is an asset.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a relevant field, such as customer experience, business strategy, or digital transformation.
- Experience working in a large organization is essential.
- Knowledge of the distribution industry in the financial services and insurance sectors is an asset.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is required due to the nature of the role and interactions with colleagues, partners, clients, and suppliers.
