Omnichannel Experience Transformation Specialist

About the Role
CIE_101 Beneva Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Omnichannel Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our omnichannel strategy and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the omnichannel experience, leveraging the latest trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Lead and orchestrate transformation initiatives across the organization, aligning with business realities and sector-specific needs.
- Maintain a holistic view and ensure consistency of the customer and partner experience across all channels and networks.
- Collaborate closely with various departments, serving as an ambassador for omnichannel transformation and assisted channels.
- Establish, manage, and optimize governance mechanisms and workflows with other functions.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure transformation progress.
- Participate actively in internal committees, including those composed of senior management representatives, as a representative of the Vice-President, Customer and Partner Experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A master's degree in one of these fields is considered an asset.
- More than seven years of experience in a relevant field, such as customer experience, business strategy, or digital transformation.
- Experience in a large organization.
- Familiarity with distribution in the financial services and insurance sectors (an asset).
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, due to the nature of tasks and interactions with colleagues, partners, clients, and suppliers who are English-speaking, and to meet the company's growth objectives.
