Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Spirit Ridge Owner Association. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reservations Management: Manage and coordinate reservations, including room assignments, cancellations, and modifications.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of front desk staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent guest service.
- Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including managing inventory, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Outlook.
