Senior Project Manager - Water and Wastewater Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our water and wastewater treatment projects in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing complex water and wastewater treatment projects, leading pursuit and proposal efforts, and managing project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead multidisciplinary design teams, coordinating efforts to meet project objectives.
  • Manage project finances, schedules, and resources, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in water and wastewater treatment project management, with a strong technical understanding of municipal water and wastewater design and engineering.
  • Registration as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Engineer (P.Eng) is required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in team management and client relations.
  • Knowledge of municipal clients in Alberta and experience working with alternative project delivery methods.
