Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Ridgeline Project Management is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Recommend personnel actions to improve project performance.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • On the road job with relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
