Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing active candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring hiring requirements are met, and providing best-in-class candidate experience.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid sick days, RRSP matching, and more.

Job Description

As a Recruitment Operations Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing active candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Ensuring hiring requirements are met as per project and business needs
  • Reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and interviews, and collecting documentation
  • Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future workforce needs
  • Being an ambassador of our brand to improve our employer brand strategy around hiring and retention
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a talent acquisition role in a corporate environment
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma or certification in Human Resources Management
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong screening and interviewing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
