Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and coordinating selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements
- Collect and screen applicants
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- Review candidate inventories
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
- Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties
- Recruit and hire staff
The Recruitment Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and be flexible in their approach to meet the needs of the team.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Reliability and adaptability
