Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Trishiv Food Limited. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service team is well-organized and productive.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working together effectively to provide excellent service.
- Train Staff in Job Duties: Train our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate the ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have everything we need to provide high-quality food.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Hire and train new food service staff, ensuring that we have a talented and dedicated team.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, providing exceptional service to our customers.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate data to inform our decisions.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet deadlines and provide exceptional service. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and work in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
