Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Trishiv Food Limited. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our food service staff.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure efficient food preparation and minimize waste.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets, controlling costs and ensuring that we are operating efficiently.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
This role requires a fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail.
