Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers, and Planners on internal and external projects.
  • Develop creative technical solutions and prepare visually compelling graphic presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of conceptual design, design development, and construction documents.
  • Manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Prepare design briefs, cost estimates, and technical reports.
  • Manage client and stakeholder expectations, consultant coordination, and approvals.
  • Ensure project deliverables comply with local standards and contract requirements.
Requirements:
  • Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Landscape Architect.
  • Member or Associate Member of APALA or eligibility for membership.
  • Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles, REVIT software, AutoCAD software, Civil3D, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365 environment.
