About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Associate to join our team at New Era Floor Gallery Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing expert advice on our floor coverings and draperies products.
  • Sales Transactions: Operate cash registers, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in displaying merchandise, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Technical Skills: Operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems, and conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Floor coverings and draperies store.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficiency, positive attitude, organized, and reliability.
What We Offer
