About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at New Era Floor Gallery Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their flooring needs, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure they find the perfect product for their project.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist in the display of merchandise, maintain sales records for inventory control, and conduct sales transactions through our online platform.
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient ordering processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
