About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at New Era Floor Gallery Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their flooring needs, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure they find the perfect product for their project.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our latest flooring products and trends, and be able to communicate this knowledge to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Store Displays: Assist in the display of merchandise, including setting up and maintaining visually appealing displays and ensuring that the store is well-organized and easy to navigate.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week
