Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Associate to join our team at New Era Floor Gallery Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate cash register and process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and assist in re-ordering systems.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to customers.
  • Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 32 hours per week.
  • English language.
Work Environment:

Floor coverings and draperies store.
