Job Summary

BAGRI EXTERIOR LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors or managers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols
Work Environment

The Construction Site Supervisor will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and be exposed to dust, noise, and odours. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and be flexible to meet the needs of the project.
