The National Bank is a dynamic institution with a passion for people. As a Senior Business Development Executive in the Commercial & Private Banking sector, you will play a vital role in growing the portfolio of business clients assigned to you.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and developing business opportunities in your market
  • Increasing your commercial client base and establishing business development strategies
  • Helping clients attain their business objectives by proposing financial strategies based on the most suitable combination of Bank products and services
  • Negotiating the terms and conditions of agreements with clients while ensuring they meet risk management standards and profitability criteria
  • Assisting the Associate Vice-President in reaching objectives

To be successful in this role, you will require at least 4 to 8 years' experience in sales and business development within the financial industry. This can include a university certificate and 8 years' experience, a bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience, or a master's degree and 4 years' experience. You will also need experience in analysis of financial statements, commercial credit, and sales and business development.

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
