Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TB Food Services Inc DBA Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish work schedules
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language
