Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TB Food Services Inc DBA Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
  • Perform tasks similar to those of food service staff, demonstrating a willingness to work collaboratively and support the team.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Client focus, team player, and strong work ethic.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality of food and service.
