Job Summary

LAPIS INVESTMENT LTD. seeks an experienced Dining Establishment Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to meet our operational goals;
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food;
  • Training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures;
  • Estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation;
  • Maintaining quality control standards for food and services;
  • Preparing budgets and cost estimates;
  • Addressing customer complaints and concerns;
  • Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
  • Preparing and submitting reports;
  • Coordinating the preparation and delivery of food orders;
  • Establishing work schedules.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail;
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day;
  • Physically demanding environment.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding workload. You must be able to work effectively in a team and maintain a client-focused approach.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,500-$52,000 based on industry standards and location. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional development.

Language

This is an English language position. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
