General Practitioner in Oncology Role
BC Cancer is seeking a General Practitioner in Oncology to join its Kelowna team. The successful applicant will work with a team of specialized surgeons, oncologists, and allied health professionals to provide treatment and follow-up care for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the treatment and follow-up of patients, including curative and palliative treatment planning.
- Engage in clinical trials as opportunities arise.
- Work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Requirements:
- Eligibility for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
- Eligibility for appointment to medical staff of BC Cancer and Kelowna General Hospital.
- Eligibility for appointment to the University of British Columbia.
