Family Medicine Oncology Specialist

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Family Medicine Oncology Specialist to join our team at BC Cancer – Vancouver.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide inpatient care for a 13-bed unit 3 days per week, working collaboratively with the oncology teams in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment. The role involves providing high-quality patient care and developing expertise in medical oncology, radiation oncology, or both.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Eligibility for licensure as a family practitioner in British Columbia.
  • Certification in family medicine (FRCP, FRCS, or CCFP) at the time of appointment.
  • Suitability for appointment to the University of British Columbia.
