Job Description

We are looking for a Dental Assistant who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Bringing patients in for their visit with a warm and welcoming attitude, building a personal connection at every visit
  • Ensuring patients receive optimal hygiene treatment based on clinical findings and their goal for comprehensive oral health
  • Desire to help, educate, and improve our patients' lives
  • Preparing and maintaining all dental instruments, supplies, and equipment
  • Organizing, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and sterile clinical area
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and working cohesively with fellow team members to provide an atmosphere of trust, respect, and cooperation
  • Performing any other tasks delegated or assigned by the Orthodontist or leadership team

Requirements

  • Dental Assistant experience
  • Successfully completed CDA (Completion of NDAEB Exam)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in an orthodontic office is preferred but not required
