We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to supervise daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and lead a team of employees at beBee Professionals in St. Thomas, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service.
  • Train, mentor, and manage team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, optimizing inventory turnover.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
