Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Analyst to join our team at National Bank Financial – Wealth Management. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing investment portfolios and providing strategic advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and track individual stocks, exchange-traded funds, investment funds, and other securities to identify investment opportunities and manage risk.
  • Develop and maintain model portfolios to optimize investment returns and minimize risk.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular updates to clients and management.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations to communicate investment strategies and results.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and economic news to inform investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop investment recommendations and strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in the securities industry.
  • Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
  • CFA and/or CIM designation.
  • Knowledge of Croesus 8+ asset management software.
