Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Underwriting Solutions team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
