About the Role

Mackenzie Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in the Medical Imaging department. As a key member of our inter-professional team, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the team to complete diagnostic images of in-patient and out-patient clients in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, physicians, volunteers, and others by adhering to health and safety policies.
  • Rotate through x-ray master and other areas of the Medical Imaging department as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma (Degree) in Radiography from an accredited institution.
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Medical Radiography Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO).
  • Ability to work as a team member and with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven attendance record and commitment to providing an exceptional experience for staff and clients.
  • Ability to perform the essential duties of the job and demonstrate empathy in interactions with others.
  • Alignment with Mackenzie Health's values of Excellence, Leadership, and Empathy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Membership in the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) or Ontario Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (OAMRT).
  • Quality Control experience.
