Job Summary

CSN HAMILTON is seeking a skilled Automotive Refinisher to join our team. As an Automotive Refinisher, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition by applying paint and refinishing techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Workspace: Ensure a safe and organized work environment by cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and workspace.
  • Repair and Refinish Body Surfaces: Use various techniques to repair and refinish body surfaces, including filing, grinding, and sanding.
  • Apply Primers and Paints: Apply primers and paints to restore the original color and finish of vehicles.
  • Mix and Match Colors: Mix and match colors to achieve a perfect match with the original paint.
  • Operate Soldering Equipment: Operate soldering equipment to fill holes, dents, and seams.
  • Straighten Bent Frames: Use frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment to straighten bent frames.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive refinishing and painting.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding job requiring standing for extended periods and lifting heavy equipment.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
