We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team at MicroShield Auto Care. As an Automotive Refinishing Technician, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Assess repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality results.
- Plan and Execute repair work, including filing, grinding, and sanding body surfaces.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Workspace to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
- Apply Primers and Paints to restore vehicles to their original finish.
- Collaborate with Colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- 5+ Years of Experience in automotive refinishing or a related field.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical Demands of the job include bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Strong Attention to Detail and ability to work accurately.
- Dependability and reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments.
